Applications are invited from interested candidates for admission into 1st year B.H.M.S. Course for session 2015-16 in the Homoeopathic Medical Colleges in Assam and Application Forms will be available at the Offices of Principal, Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati, Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh, Silchar Medical College, Silchar, Jorhat Medical College, Jorhat, FAA Medical College, Barpeta and Tezpur Medical College, Tezpur from 4th August, 2015 to 10th August, 2015 on payment of Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty only) in the form of Banker’s Cheque/Bank Draft drawn in favour of ‘Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences’ payable at ‘SBI, Gauhati Medical College Branch’. The last date for submission of Application Form is 12th August, 2015 (4PM).
The filled in Application Form along with all enclosures and a Banker’s Cheque/Bank Draft of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) drawn in favour of ‘Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences’ payable at ‘SBI, Gauhati Medical College Branch’ is to be submitted within the last date at the Offices of Principal of any of these Medical Colleges of Assam.
An Entrance Examination for selection of the candidates for admission into 1st year B.H.M.S. Course for the session 2015 in the Homoeopathic Medical Colleges of Assam is going to be held in Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati, Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh, Silchar Medical College, Silchar, Jorhat Medical College, Jorhat, FAA Medical College, Barpeta and Tezpur Medical College, Tezpur on 29th and 30th August, 2015, details of which including eligibility criteria and requirements will be available at the University website, www.ssuhs.in .
Candidate / Person duly authorized by the candidate will be able to collect Admit Cards from the Office of Principal, Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati, Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh, Silchar Medical College, Silchar, Jorhat Medical College, Jorhat, FAA Medical College, Barpeta and Tezpur Medical College, Tezpur on 27th August, 2015 during office hours. Admit cards for the Entrance Examination shall be available to candidates only at the Medical College where he/she has chosen as Examination Centre.
