Detailed Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant Finance Specialist

• Education: B.Com from a recognized university plus a minimum 6-month Computer Application diploma (Govt. recognized).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and financial management for large-scale programmes or Centrally Sponsored Schemes.
• Special Skills: Must have hands-on experience in Public Financial Management System (PFMS) and be well-versed in MS Office/Dashboards.
• Language: Proficiency in written and spoken Assamese, English, and Hindi.

2. Accounts Assistant

• Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized institute.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in budgeting, financial management, or audit within Government/PSU entities.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Tally Software, Income Tax, GST, and Government Accounting procedures is mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional integrity and ability to handle confidential materials.

3. Assistant Engineer (Civil)

• Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering from an AICTE-approved institute.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in project management of building construction or urban infrastructure development.
• Preferences: Candidates with experience in Health Infrastructure Projects or externally aided funded projects will be preferred.
• Software Skills: Must be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of Primavera or MS-Project is an added advantage.
