Assam Higher Secondary (HS) 1st year Online Application 2020

Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) has started online admission process to higher secondary (HS) first year from Saturday. The candidates will have to submit the application form through a dedicated portal— http://anneswan.sebaonline.org/.

The online admission process has been initiated for the first time in view of COVID-19 pandemic.

The last date to file the online application form is June 30. Candidates can apply for multiple institutions.

The institutions will make the confirmation from July 1 to July 10. The students have to confirm their admission by July 15.

On the other hand, on July 16, institutions will get final lists of students who have confirmed admission and students will get an admission confirmation note.

Assam HS 1st year online Application Fee:

In the view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Assam government has decided to waive off admission fees, exam fee, registration fee etc. for the academic year 2020-21. Therefore, in this year students not required to pay any fee to take admission.

How to Apply Online for Assam HS Admission 2020

Assam Higher Secondary HS First Year Admission is coming to an end through an online portal called অন্বেষণ (Anneswan) developed by the Assam Board of Secondary Education under the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council. All students from Assam who have recently passed Class X from SEBA and want to be admitted in AHSEC approved colleges will be able to submit their application through this online application portal for admission.

• A portal will load, provide your SEBA HSLC Exam Admit Card & Marksheet details.

• After that, choose desired college, course type and other details.
• Upload necessary documents Admit, Marksheet, Certificate etc.
• After filling carefully all details and verifying, click on submit button.
• After submission, keep the system generated acknowledgment receipt for future.

How to Fillup Assam HS 1st Admission online form 2020

• 1. Step 1: Login using your HSLC/AHM 2020 Roll No. and Date of Birth (as per Admit Card)
• 2. Step 2: Select your institute and fill up the online form.
• 3. Step 3: Upload scan copy of photograph, signature and necessary documents.
• 4. Step 4: Take a print out of the filled up form, and keep for future reference.
• 5. Step 5: Please do check the portal regularly for updates. You will be notified through the portal which intitution(s) you have been selected for admission.

Important Notes of Assam HS 1st Year Admission 2020

• Students who have NOT passed HSLC/AHM Examination 2020 are not eligible to apply through this portal.
• Students can select and apply for more than one institution if desired.
• Students who have passed prior to 2020, and those who are migrating from other board may visit the institute for offline form fill-up.
• From 11th July to 15th July 2020, students will see the institutions where he has been selected. He/She then has to select ONLY ONE institution for admission.
• On 16th July 2020 will get a confirmation note on his/ her admission status.

• 20/06/2020 to 15/07/2020: Submission of Application by Student. Application to Multiple Institution is allowed.
  
• 16/07/2020 to 25/07/2020: Confirmation of Merit List by Institutions.
