Detailed Eligibility Criteria

To ensure high standards of research and clinical care, AIIMS Guwahati has set the following academic benchmarks for each post:

1. Project Research Scientist – I (Medical)

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess an MBBS degree from a recognized university.
• Registration: Must be registered with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or any State Medical Council.

2. Project Staff Nurse

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
• Registration: Valid registration with any State Nursing Council is mandatory.

3. Project Technical Support Staff-II (Field/Lab Investigator)

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences or a Masters in Laboratory Technology (MLT).
• Role: Responsible for field data collection and laboratory investigations related to the TB study.

Selection and Remuneration Details

Selected candidates will receive a competitive salary package along with 20% House Rent Allowance (HRA), as admissible under the ICMR guidelines. The engagement is purely on a temporary/contractual basis for the duration of the project.
