Eligibility Criteria for APS Tenga Valley Jobs

Candidates must fulfill the specific educational and professional qualifications mandated by CBSE/AWES norms.

A. For TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher)

• Essential Qualification:
  • Four Years Integrated Degree Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT with at least 50% marks OR
  • Post-Graduation with min 55% marks and three-year integrated B.Ed./M.Ed. OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject and in aggregate.
• Professional Degree: B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
• TET/CTET: Must have passed CTET/TET conducted by CBSE/State Govt.
• Skills: Proficiency in teaching in English medium. Knowledge of Computer Applications is desirable.

B. For PRT (Primary Teacher)

• Essential Qualification: Graduate holding Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks.
• Professional Degree: B.El.Ed. / 02-year D.El.Ed.
  • Note: Candidates with B.Ed. can also apply provided they undergo a six-month PDPET/Bridge Course within two years of recruitment.
• TET/CTET: Passing CTET/TET is mandatory.
• Skills: Proficiency in English medium teaching. Computer knowledge is desirable.

C. For Balvatika Teachers

• Essential Qualification: Passed Senior Secondary (Class XII) with minimum 50% marks.
• Professional Degree: Diploma in Nursery Teachers Education / Pre-School Education / Early Childhood Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed) of min two years duration OR B.Ed. (Nursery) from an NCTE recognized institution.
