  • Educational Qualification & Experience:
    • MBA/ PGDM/ MSW/ PGD in rural development/ management / MA Sociology/ BE / B.Tech.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in monitoring quality assurance and evaluation of training delivery.
    • Experience in institutions like ITI/ TSPs/ Polytechnique will be preferable.
