Assam Agricultural University, Assam (AAU) Recruitment 2017: Walk-in-interview for filling up of Junior Research Fellow (1) and Technical Assistant (1) will be held at the office of the undersigned as per schedule given below. Pay: Rs. 25,000 + HRA per month
Essential qualification: M.Sc. in Agriculture (Plant Pathology)/ Biotechnology/ Nanotechnology with NET.
Age limit: 38 years maximum (5 years relaxation for ST/SC/OBC and Women candidates)
Date and time of interview: 18th September, 2017, Time: 2:30 p.m.
Venue: Department of Plant Pathology. AAU, Jorhat
2. Technical Assistant
No. of post: 01 post
Pay: Rs. 10, 000/- per month
Essential qualification: M.Sc in Agriculture
Age limit: 38 years maximum (5 years relaxation for ST/SC/OBC and Women candidates)
Date and time of interview: 18th September, 2017, Time:10:30 a.m.
Venue: Department of Plant Pathology. AAU, Jorhat.
How to apply: The candidates have to submit their biodata in advance on or before 12th September, 2017 to the Principal Investigator of the project through email to [email protected].
General terms and conditions:
a. Age limit: 38 years maximum (5 years relaxation for ST/SC/OBC and Women candidates)
b. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project and is initially offered for one year
c. The duration of the project is tentative
d. The person employed will have no right to claim employment or engagement in AAU at the end of the contract period
e. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview
f. The decision of the Director of Research (Agri.), AAU, Jorhat will be final and binding in all aspects
g. Candidates in service or in study are to submit study dropped certificate/no objection certificate from competent authority to appear in the interview.
