Assam Agricultural University declare short list for written Exam post of Administrative Assistant

Assam Agricultural University (AAU) declare List of candidates called for appearing in the Written Test for the post of Junior Administrative Assistant.

The Written Test for the post of Junior Administrative Assistant in respect of our Advertisement No. DR(A)/1,2016 is scheduled to be held on 13.08.2017 during 11.30 am to 1.00 pm at Jorhat Campus and College of Vety. Science, Khanapara of Assam Agricultural University. Calling letters to total 1013 candidates eligible for appearing in the Written Test had been sent by post. The Roll Number and Examination Centre are shown against each candidate in the enclosed list. If any candidate of the enclosed list does not receive his/her calling letter within 09.08.2017 due to postal delay, he/she may either collect one duplicate copy of his/her calling letter from the office of the undersigned w.e.f. 10th to 12th August, 2017 during office hours or bring a printout of the concerned page of the aforesaid list of candidates, for appearing in the Written Test.

The syllabus of the Written Test (Multiple Choice) shall include General English, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mathematics (HSLC standard) and Aptitude Test. There shall be total 50 questions with 2 marks for each question.

The candidates should note the followings:

1. The candidates will not be allowed to carry mobile phone into the Examination Hall and the AAU Authority will not take any responsibility for safe keeping of the phone sets carried by the candidates.

2. Misbehaving with the Invigilators or indulging in unfair means in the Examination Hall will make a candidate summarily ineligible for the post.

3. Identity of the candidates will be verified in the Examination Hall. The candidates should keep the calling letters/printout of the concerned page of the list of candidates and HSLC/HSSLC or its equivalent Examination’s Admit Cards with them. Encls: List of candidates call for Written Test.
