Salary: The selected candidates will draw their salary against the parent post of the teacher. No additional allowance will be paid except for Contingency expenditure. This is subject to the budget provision of the Annual Work Plan & Budget (AWP&B) of Samagra Shiksha, Assam.

Period of attachment: The period of attachment as CRCC shall be a maximum of 5 years only subject to the satisfactory performance report to be submitted by the Principal, DIET of the concerned district. On the completion of the term or expiry of the period of attachment, the deed of agreement executed, if any, by and between the Samagra Shiksha, Assam authority and the attached CRCCs shall automatically be lapsed, and the Asstt. Teacher attached as CRCC shall be repatriated to his/her parent post. The authority reserves the right to revert the selected CRCC(s) to their parent post/school in the interest of public service at any time before the expiry of the period of attachment.

Educational Qualification for SSA Assam CRCC Recruitment

• Graduation from UGC recognized University with NCTE recognized professional qualification (2-year D.El.Ed./ B.Ed. etc). However, preference will be given to the candidate with a master’s degree.
• In the case of Dima Hasao, Karbi Anglong, and West Karbi Anglong districts, the minimum qualification is Graduation from UGC recognized University. However, preference will be given to the candidate having D.El.Ed/ B.Ed. etc.
• In the case of Garo medium clusters of Kamrup and Goalpara districts, minimum qualification is Graduation from UGC recognized University. However, preference will be given to the candidate having D.El.Ed/ B.Ed. etc.
• Computer Literate (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Internet browsing, etc).

Preference:

• Preference will be given to the intending Asstt. Teacher with a Master’s Degree and TET qualified intending Asstt. Teacher.
• Intending Asstt. Teacher with at least 5 years of teaching experience as Asstt. Teacher in Govt./Provincialized schools.

Age Limit for Assam CRCC Recruitment

• Maximum age is 45 years as of January 1st, 2023.
• Maximum age is 50 years as of January 1st, 2023, for the teachers who have already served as CRCC.

• In-service Regular Teacher of Elementary Level I Secondary Level (Excluding Subject Teacher [Post Graduate Teacher) of the working district.
• In-service Contractual Teacher under Samagra Shiksha, Assam (including State Pool Teacher) of the working district.
• Teachers of the same medium can apply against the medium-specific cluster.
• Single — Science/Hindi/Classical/Arabic/Sanskrit teacher of a school will not be eligible.
• Teachers of Mathematics and Science will not be engaged as CRCC in any place.
• The teacher of a Single/Double Teacher school is not eligible.
• Head Master/Head Teacher is not eligible.
• Teachers from High PTR schools shall not be eligible (In case of Lower Primary, PTR should not be more than 30:1, in the case of Upper Primary, PTR should not be more than 40:1, and in the case of High School, PTR should not be more than 40:1).
• Teachers whose Schools have not performed well in Gunotsav (Grade C & below) are not eligible.
