Assam Electronics Development Corporation Limited, Industrial Estate, Bamunimaidan, Guwahati -21, also known as AMTRON, requires a few human resources as per details mentioned below on contract basis for implementation and operation of ongoing projects of the Corporation. Vacancy Details:

1. Network Engineer/Administrator/Architect

Job Profile: Design and maintenance of Routing, Switching, Wireless (Wi-Fi)

Remuneration: Rs. 15,000 – Rs 40,000 p.m.

Skills required:

* Hands on Routing and Switching Protocols, WLAN Design, LAN, WLAN, Cabling standards.

* Should have expertise on BGP, OSPF, IPv6, MSTP, LACP, VRRP, MPPLS, QoS, VPN, IPSec etc

* Designing and trouble shooting of Routing, Switching, Security and Wireless, IPv6, GEPON networks.

* Point-to-Multipoint RF devices and Cabling

Qualification and Experience: Educational Qualification Graduate or Diploma in Engineering in CSE/ECE/EEE/IT/Radio Physics/etc. Professional/Global Certification desired-CCNA/JNCIA/equivalent Only experieced people from relevant field need to apply.

2. Software Architech/Designer/Developer

Job Profile: System analysis, design and development, testing.

Remuneration: Rs. 15,000 –Rs 40,000 p.m.

Skills required:

* Programming, system analysis and design, database design, documentation.

* DRUPAL, WORDPRESS, ANDROID and IOS, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaSript, JQuery, MySQL

* Server side scripting with PHP/Java

* Pay pal/Ecommerce and other related server technologies.

* Good Knowledge of LAMP Architecture,Linux Distributions (Centos/ Ubuntu/ RedHat), Apache, MySQL, PHP

* DHTML, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery,JavaScript, AJAX

* C, C++, Core Java, Servlets, JSP.

* Basic Linux Administration, XML, JSON, SOAP and REST, API Development, Any modern MVC Design & Frameworks (Codeigniter/ Zend/ Symphony/ Larave/ CakePHP), Android SDK

3. Graphic Designer

Job Profile:  Designing web content, banners, advertisement, brochures, images, animation, video editing etc.

Remuneration: Rs. 20,000– Rs 25,000 p.m.

Skills required:

* Technical skills to use design software programs such as GIMP, Photoshop or Quark Xpress, Adobe InDesign, Maya etc.

* Technical skills to use animation and video editing tools.

* Handling Adobe Dreamweaver for web designing.

* Knowledge about design elements such as color and composition and having artistic ability and creativity.

Qualification and Experience: Educational:- Graduate in any discipline. Professional /Global Certification- Post Graduate Diploma in Multimedia and Animation. Only experieced people from relevant field need to apply.

4. Data Center In-charge

Job Profile: Operation and Maintenance of Data Center (IT and Non-IT Infrastructure).

Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 – 60,000 p.m.

Skills required: Should be able to manage Data Center operations and manpower.

Qualification and Experience:  B.Tech/BE/MCA/ M.Sc/MBA/equivalent. Experience – Relevant experience of minimum 10 years. Desirable – Experience in Contract Management, Data Center Management.

5. System and Solution Architect/Analyst

Job Profile: Design, Testing and Troubleshooting of Cloud and System and Security Solution. System and Application Vulnerability testing and designing solution to cope up with day to day security threats.

Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 -50,000 p.m.

Skills required: Should have expertise on System and Application Security, OS, Web Application, Anti Spam, Cloud, Container Based System, Automation, Monitoring and management, Penetration testing and Security Audit tools related to Data Center Services.

Qualification and Experience: B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Sc(CS/IT)/ equivalent. (Certification on relevant domain preferred). Experience – Relevant experience of minimum 8 years.

6. Security Administrator

Job Profile: Design, maintenance and troubleshooting of Data Center Security Solutions.

Remuneration: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 40,000 p.m.

Skills required: Should have expertise on Next Generation Firewall, IPS, Gateway Antimalware, AntiSpam, Application and URL Filtering, Network Monitoring and management tools, Security Audit Tools.

Qualification and Experience: B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Sc(CS/IT/Electronics) (Security certification preferred). Experience – Relevant experience of minimum 5 years.

7. System Administrator

Job Profile: Design, Testing and Troubleshooting of Cloud and System and Security Solution. System and Application Vulnerability testing and designing solution to cope up with day to day security threats.

Remuneration: Rs. 25,000 -40,000 p.m.

Skills required: Should have expert knowledge of System and Application Security, OS, Web Application, Anti Spam, Cloud, Container Based System, Automation, Monitoring and management, Penetration testing and Security Audit tools related to Data Center Services.

Qualification and Experience: B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Sc(CS/IT)/ equivalent. (Certified on relevant domain preferred). Experience – Relevant experience of minimum 4 years.

8. Assistant Data Center In-charge

Job Profile: Day to day management, monitoring and reporting of Data Center issues (both IT and Non-IT). Incharge of Shift Engineers, Electrical Engineer and BMS Engineer. Should report to Data Center Incharge.

Remuneration – Rs 30,000 -40,000 p.m

Skills required: Should be able to manage Data Center operations and manpower. Should have good knowledge of Network, Security, Linux, Web Application, Cloud, Monitoring and management tools, UPS and other non-IT infrastructure related to Data Center.

Qualification and Experience: B.Tech/BE/MCA/ M.Sc/equivalent. Experience – Minimum 6 years.

9. Electrical Engineer

Job Profile: Day to day maintenance of Electrical components related to Data Center.Liasoning with UPS, Genset etc vendors. Reporting issues related to APDCL. Ensuring proper operation of all Electrical Infrastructure of Amtron Data Center.

Remuneration – Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 35,000 p.m.

Skills required: Hands on experience on Genset, UPS, AC, Electrical Panels etc.

Qualification and Experience: years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique with minimum of 6 years experience in relevant field. Supervisory License from State Electrical Licensing Board is required.

10. BMS Engineer

Job Profile: Supporting Data Center Incharge and Electrical Engineer.

Remuneration: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 30,000 p.m.

Skills required: Liasoning with BMS vendor, Ensuring proper operation of BMS, Precision AC and other non IT infrastructure of Amtron Data Center.

Qualification and Experience: JE/BCA/B.Sc/equivalent. Should have relevant experience of atleast 5 years.

11. System Support Engineer (24×7 basis)

Job Profile: Shift Engineer assisting Core Technology Resources 24×7.

Remuneration – Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 20,000 p.m.

Skills required: Candidates willing to work in shifts may only apply. Working knowledge on Networking, Operating Systems etc preferred.

Qualification and Experience: B.Tech/B.E/MCA/M.Sc with minimum of 1 year experience in relevant field or, JE/BCA/ B.Sc/equivalent with minimum of 2 years experience in relevant field.

12. GIS/RS Application Developer

Job Profile: To Develop and or customise Various FOSS GIS Application,Web GIS.

Remuneration: Rs. 45,000 – Rs. 55,000 p.m.

Skills required: Experienced in Development on various GIS Environment including open source and customization of  FOSS like GRASS GIS, QGIS, gvSIG, SAGA GIS, Open Jump etc.

Qualification and Experience: Degree in Engg. Or Post Graduate in Science from recognized University. Only experieced people from relevant field need to apply.

13. GIS/RS Analyst

Job Profile:

i) GIS/RS Project Execution and Technical

Support

ii) Client Management

iii)Team Management

iv) Cost and Time Estimation for Project

Skills required: GIS Mapping and Image Interpretation using various COTS and FOSS software like ArcGIS, ERDAS Imagine, QGIS, GRASS, ENVI, AutoCADMap etc. Good communication Skill (Written and oral)

Qualification and experience: Postgraduate in Geo-Science with special paper in GIS/RS with minimum of 4 years experience in relevant field Or, Science graduate in any discipline with minimum of 10 years experience in relevant fied.

14. GIS Field Surveyor

Job Profile: Reponsible for all kind of field survey including topographic and capable of managing survey teams.

Remuneration: Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 20,000 p.m.

Skills and experience: Minimum 3 years experience in field survey using ETS/DGPS/Handheld GPS etc. and handling of various software like AutoCADMap, arcGIS, ERDAS etc.

Qualification: Science Graduate in any discipline Or, 3 years Engineering Diploma from recognized Institution.

15. Project Executive

Job Profile: Project management.

Remuneration: Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 40,000 p.m.

Skills required: Project Management, Project Planning, Vendor Management, Contract Management and Technical Documentation. Liasoning with different Govt. Dept.

Qualification and Experience: Engineering Graduate in ICT with Project Management experience and/or MBA with Project Management and/or Financial Management Proficiency certificate (desireable Project Management Certificate).

16. Hardware Support Engineer

Job Profile: Hardware servicing

Remuneration: Rs. 10,000 – Rs. 30,000 p.m.

Skills required: Repairing / troubleshooting of computer hardware, network component, Wi-Fi device,printer,installation of OS and software

Qualification and Experience: 3 Yrs. Diploma in Computer Hardware/ Networking from Polytech. With working experience of minimum 3 years relevant field.
