1. Cobalt Technician
No.of post: 2 nos. (UR)
Qualification: HSSLC Science passed with 2 years radiation therapy technology course from any Institute recognized by AERB.
Scale of pay: Rs. Rs. 5200-20200+2200 P.M.
Age Limit: The candidates must be citizen of India and should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 38 years of age on the 01/06/2015. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/STP/STH candidate only.
2. M.R.O
No. of post: 1 no. (UR)
Qualification: Graduation with Diploma in Medical Record Officer’s course from Govt. recognized Institute.
Scale of pay: Rs. 5200-20200+3300 P.M.
Age Limit: The candidates must be citizen of India and should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 38 years of age on the 01/06/2015. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/STP/STH candidate only.
Fees : Application should be accompanied with Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Superintendent, Assam Medical College Hospital, Dibrugarh of Rs. 150/- (Rupees One hundred and fifty) only applicable for General category and OBC/MOBC candi- dates and Rs. 75/- (Rupees seventy five) only for the SC, ST(P) and ST(H) category candidates.
Last date of submission of Application :
The form alongwith required documents shall have to be deposited in the box kept in the Office of the undersigned on or before,30/09/2015. (during office hours) by hand or by post. Application received after last date and incomplete application shall be liable to be summarily rejected. However the undersigned shall by no way responsible for any postal delay or loss.

INSTRUCTION TO THE CANDIDATES :
1. Interested candidates shall have to fill up the standard application form neatly and submit it with the required documents and 2 (two) copy of recent passport size colored photograph along with self attested copies of necessary supporting certificates. Please note that incomplete forms shall be summarily recjected.
2. Documents required are :
(a) 2 (two) copy of recent passport size colored pho tograph duly self attested,
(b) HSLC Admit card or Birth certificate for Age Proof.,
(c) All marksheets and pass certificates,
(d) Caste Certificate (where applicable),
(e) Valid Employment Excahange Registration Card,
(f) Certificates of training, experience, extra curriculum etc. Candidates not fulfilling requisite minimum qualifications shall be rejected.
3. Detail lists of eligible candidates for each post along with details of interview timing shall be notified in due time and shall be displayed in the college website www.assammedicalcollge.in. The date of uploading in the website shall be published in local newspapers for information of the eligible candidates.
4. Individual communications regarding interview to the eiligible candidates may not be sent.
