Required Educational Qualification

Boatman: Candidates should have passed HSLC or equivalent from any recognized Board or Council. Proficiency in swimming is required.
Constable (AB): Candidates should have passed HSLC or Class 10th from any recognized Board or Council.
Constable (UB): Candidates should have passed HS or Class 12th from any recognized Board or Council.
Constable (Communication): Candidates should have passed HS (Science) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized Board or Council. They must have obtained pass marks in PCM in the HS (Science) examination.
Constable (Carpenter): Candidates should have passed HSLC or equivalent and completed the prescribed ITI course in trade.
Constable (Dispatch Rider/Messenger): Candidates should have passed HSLC or equivalent and possess a valid driving license for LMV, MMV, or HMV.
Constable (Craft Instructor): Candidates should have passed HSLC or equivalent and hold a certificate in Bamboo and Cane work, Tailoring, Weaving, or Soap making from ITI or a recognized Institute.
