Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Assam ST Pre-Matric Scholarship, students and their guardians must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:
1. Caste Requirement
The student must belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community of Assam.
2. Educational Qualification
The student must be currently enrolled in any class from Class I to Class VIII in a government or government-recognized school within Assam.
3. Income Limit
The annual income of the student’s parents or guardians must not exceed ₹50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupees).
Scholarship Amount
