Position: Finance Manager

Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA): Candidates must be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
- M.Com with Accountancy (Hons.): Candidates must hold an M.Com degree with Accountancy (Hons.) from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements
For Chartered Accountant:
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in handling finance and accounts in a Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body, or Public Sector Organization.
- At least 3 years of this experience must be in a managerial capacity in an Externally Aided Project funded by a Multilateral Development Bank/Agency (e.g., Asian Development Bank).
For M.Com with Accountancy (Hons.):
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in handling finance and accounts in a Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body, or Public Sector Organization.
- At least 3 years of this experience must be in a managerial capacity in an Externally Aided Project funded by a Multilateral Development Bank/Agency.
Remuneration
The annual Cost to Project (CTP) for the Finance Manager role ranges between Rs. 12.00 lakh to Rs. 15.00 lakh, based on qualifications, experience, and recent remuneration. If the candidate’s last drawn salary is below the minimum, a maximum 30% hike on the last drawn salary may be considered.
