Vacancy Details:

Name of the Post: Gender and Indigenous Peoples Specialist

Remuneration:

The monthly remuneration would be Rs. 50,000- Rs.80,000/- per month depending on the qualification, experience, and competency of the candidate. In case the last drawn salary of the candidates is less than the minimum salary assigned for the position, a maximum of 30% hike on the last drawn salary may be considered.

Educational Qualification:

• Essential: Master’s degree in Social Science.
• Desirable: Masters in Women’s Studies/ Tribal Studies/ Gender Studies.

Experience:

Five years of experience working in the field related to social safeguard/gender and indigenous people. Experience in any Externally Aided Projects is preferable.

Tenure / Duration:

The contract will be initially for a period of Eleven Months (11 months) with a provision of further extension of Eleven Months (11 months) up to the end of the project subject to satisfactory performance.
