Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhijan (RMSA) conducts TET for the Primary School Teacher (I to V) and Upper Primary Teacher (VI to VIII) but this Special Assam TET has some eligibility criteria. Assam TET 2020: This Assam TET 2020 is announced by SSA. This will be only conducted for Lower Primary Level for those candidates who are currently working under Assam Government Schools under contractual Basis or in any  interventions of Sarva Siksha Abhiyan Mission, Assam requisite qualifications as per NCTE norms for appearing in TET.

This is for general information for all concerned that a special TET for Lower Primary Level will be conducted for contractual Employees engaged from time to under various interventions of SSA, Assam presently working under various interventions on contractual basis under SSA, Assam.
Note- Except thet TET qualified contractual teachers and state pool teachers working under SSA having requisite qualifications as per NCTE norms for appearing in TET.
In this connection all such intending candidates are requested to collect one unique ID from respective District Mission Office of Sarba Sikhsa Abhiyan (SSA) During Office hours within 18th February 2020.
As candidates having requisites qualifications as per NCTE norms be eligible to appear in the special TET, the intending candidates are requested to collect the Unique ID, Only if they process the requisite qualifications a per NCTE norms.
Submission of this unique ID is mandatory during online application for the special TET. Hence all the intending candidates are requested to collect the unique ID on or before 18.02.2020 without fail. No Unique ID will be issued after 18th February 2020.
As this special TET will be conducted only for contractual employee intending to appear in special TET engaged from time to time under various interventions basis under SSA, Assam( Except the TET qualified Teachers or State pool of teachers working under SSA having requisite qualifications as per NCTE norms for appearing TET. Detection of any false claim by any candidate ion future will result in cancellation of his or her candidate. Further, his or her special TET pass certificate will be considered as invalid upon such detection even after awarding of the special TET pass certificate.

Assam Special TET 2020-Eligibility Criteria

Here are the list of Eligibility Criteria proposed by by Sarva Siksha Abhiyan Mission, Assam. I have listed on basis of Educational Qualification and Age Limit.

Educational Qualification

• For Hindi Teacher:  The applicants must have completed B.A in Hindi with at least 50% marks or more and  they must also have completed B.Ed or B.T from a  college/university.
• For Sanskrit Teacher: the applicants must have completed B.A in Sanskrit with at least 50% marks or more and  they must also have completed B.Ed or B.T from a recognized college/university.
• Classical Teachers such as Arabic, Urdu, Persian:- MA with 50% marks with degree qualification from any recognized University or B.A with Arabic as one of the subjects with 50% or more and B.T./B.Ed. from any recognized University.
• Classical Teacher (Assamese Language, Manipuri Language):- B.A with Major in concerned subject with 50% marks and B.T. /B.Ed. degree from any recognized University.
• They should not be more than 43 years old to apply. This is the upper relaxation for the job and relaxation for different categories can be loked at the official website.
• Graduate Teacher has been prescribed as BA/B.Sc/ B.Com with 50% marks or more with B.T./ B.Ed. degree from any recognized university.
• The candidates are requested to read the official notification before applying for the same.
