1. Admin Officer

No. of post: 01

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks. Should have computer proficiency in MS Office-Word/Power Point and Advanced Excel Skills

Experience: Minimum 5 years in related field. Excellent verbal & written communication skills Place of Duty: The normal place of work will be the office of the State Health Agency (SHA), PMJAY, Assam.

Place of Duty: The normal place of work will be the office of the State Health Agency (SHA), PMJAY, Assam. He/She shall work under the overall guidance and supervision of the Lead Operations Manager, SHA, PMJAY and will be directly responsible for the following tasks:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact-dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing and organizing meetings, events, conferences and workshops. Preparing and circulation of MoMs.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the employees of the Society and other Guests and Dignitaries
  • Typing, compiling, preparing reports and presentations
  • Creating new files and keeping a track of file movement. Managing data base and filing systems.
  • Responsible for office housekeeping and security.
  • Responsible for Office Administration works including purchase of items for the Office
  • Ensuring timely issue of Purchase Order/Work Order for office stationery, office hygine, etc.
  • Any other work allotted by the CEO, SHA

2. Claims Coordinator

No. of post: 01

Qualifications: Post Graduate in Commerce with minimum 50% marks.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in related sector

Place of Duty: The normal place of work for the party will be the office of Atal Amrit Abhiyan Society, Assam. He/she shall work under the overall guidance and supervision of the Lead Claims Coordinator, Atal Amrit Abhiyan Society – Assam and will be directly responsible for the following tasks:

Job Purpose: Monitor claims processing by ISA, assist the Accounts department in making payments to the hospitals. He/she will also be responsible for any other financial matters of the scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hospitals/ISA for post discharge facilitation
  • Coordinate with ISA, ISA Coordinator and Medical Officer for any clarification/query regarding claims.
  • Responsible for checking the treatment cost with the package rates
  • Monitor the claims documents along with the submission timeline after discharge of the patient.
  • Ensure the discharge summary, case sheets, investigation notes, drug bills as per the guide lines.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned to him/her by the CEO.
  • To manage all the matters pertaining to claims and its management.
  • Support claims audit.
  • Submit the claims file to the Medical team/ Finance department within TAT.

3. Senior Finance Advisor

Qualification and Experience: Retired officer of Assam Financial Services, not below the rank of Deputy Director

Place of Duty: The normal place of work for the party will be the office of the Atal Amrit Abhiyan Society, Assam He/She shall work under the overall guidance and supervision of the CEO and Senior Financial Advisor, AAAS will be directly responsible for the following tasks:

Job Purpose: Assisting the CEO in supervising the key control system, wrt, veracity of claims and their speedy disposal. Also provide support for all types of financial matters related to the scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to any financial query raised from hospitals, vendors and government agencies.
  • Responsible for E-Tendering / tendering processes for different works.
  • Preparing Annual Budget of AAAS
  • Adopting methods and monitoring the swift settlement of the claims once received from the hospitals and/or claims team as per TAT.
  • Ensure timely payment to vendors and salary to AAAS staff.
  • Monitoring the information system about the performance outcomes of different functionaries and entities provided for the scheme.
  • Coordinate with the government agencies for making the AAA and PMJAY funds available to the society.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned to him/her by the CEO.
