Eligibility Criteria for AUIDFCL Guwahati Jobs
Candidates must ensure they meet the extensive experience and educational requirements laid down for these senior positions.
1. General Manager (HR & Admin)
- Education: Master’s Degree or Postgraduate in Business Administration with Specialization in HRM or its equivalent.
- Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in HRM/Personnel Management and Office Administration in Government or reputed private organizations.
- Preference: Candidates with experience in externally aided projects will be preferred.
2. General Manager (Urban Reforms)
- Education: MBA (IT / Marketing) or equivalent from a recognized university. Degree/diploma in Public Policy, Public Administration, or Urban Planning is preferred.
- Key Skills: Understanding of enterprise IT systems, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and digital implementation in the public sector.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years overall experience in urban governance, public sector reforms, or project management.
- Minimum 5 years leading large-scale technology/reform projects.
- Desirable: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prince2 certifications.
3. Deputy General Manager (Procurement)
- Education: First-class Graduate in Civil Engineering (or relevant field).
- Certifications: Advanced Certification in Public Procurement/PDPP or equivalent + MOOC Certification in Public Procurement issued by the Finance Department, Govt. of Assam.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in public procurement for/on behalf of the Government of Assam.
- Specific Requirement: Experience in EAP procurements or projects funded by MDBs is essential.
