1. FLC Counsellor Position

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Preferably hold a PG Degree in fields such as Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Proficiency in the local language.
• Strong teaching skills and proficient in Computer Knowledge.
• Thorough knowledge of Banking, Insurance, Investment, Pension, Law, and Finance.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.

Experience:

• Ex-banker (Officer Cadre) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in any nationalized bank/RRB/Pvt. Bank.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or related fields, NBFCs/FIs.
• Business Correspondent/BC coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Ex RSETI Director with a minimum of 3 years of experience/faculty with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Salary: Rs. 18000/- per month

Job Roles: Provide counseling at FLC following RBI guidelines.

2. Watchman/Gardener Position

Vacancies: 1

Qualifications: Must have passed 7th Standard

Experience: Preferably experienced in agriculture/gardening/horticulture.

Salary: Rs. 6000/- per month

Job Roles:

• Surveillance and security of the premises.
• Gardening tasks and maintenance of the premises.
• Be prepared to perform attendant duties when required.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Director.
