The 514 vacancies are distributed across three scales: MMGS-II, MMGS-III, and SMGS-IV.

Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.11.2025)
Candidates must meet the following age and educational requirements to be eligible for the Bank of India Recruitment 2025.
1. Age Limit
- Credit Officer (MMGS-II): Minimum 25 Years – Maximum 35 Years.
- Credit Officer (MMGS-III): Minimum 28 Years – Maximum 38 Years.
- Credit Officer (SMGS-IV): Minimum 30 Years – Maximum 40 Years.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
- Ex-Servicemen/Commissioned Officers: 5 Years
- Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 Years
2. Educational Qualification
- Basic Requirement: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India.
- Note: Candidates must produce valid documents pertaining to category, nationality, age, and educational qualifications in original during the interview stage.
Bank of India Credit Officer Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive a lucrative salary package along with other allowances and perquisites.
- Middle Management Grade Scale-II: ₹ 64,820 – ₹ 93,960
- Middle Management Grade Scale-III: ₹ 85,920 – ₹ 1,05,280
- Senior Management Grade Scale-IV: ₹ 1,02,300 – ₹ 1,20,940
Selection Process
The selection for BOI Credit Officers will be conducted in two main phases:
- Online Examination: An objective type test consisting of 150 questions.
- Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify for the online exam will be shortlisted for the interview.
Note: If the number of applicants is small, the bank may select candidates based on the Interview only.
