The Border Roads Organisation (BRO) under the General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF) has officially released the Written Exam Result for the post of Driver Mechanical Transport (Ordinary Grade). Candidates who appeared for the written examination conducted in December 2025 can now check their qualifying status on the official website.
This recruitment drive (Advt. No. 01/2024) aimed to fill 417 vacancies for the Driver MT post. The result has been published in PDF format, containing the roll numbers and names of candidates shortlisted for the next stage: the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Practical Trade Test.

How to Download BRO Driver MT Result 2025?
The BRO does not provide individual scorecards via login. Instead, a collective Merit List PDF is uploaded. Follow these steps to check your result:
- Visit the Official Website: Go to the official portal of the Border Roads Organisation at bro.gov.in or marvels.bro.gov.in.
- Navigate to “What’s New”: Look for the section titled “What’s New” or “Recruitment” on the homepage.
- Click on Result Link: Find the link titled “List of candidates provisionally shortlisted for Physical Efficiency Test & Practical Test for the post of Driver Mechanical Transport (OG)”.
- Download PDF: The result file will open in PDF format. Download it to your device.
- Search Your Name: Open the PDF and use the Ctrl+F shortcut (or Search icon on mobile) to enter your Roll Number or Name.

BRO Driver Mechanical Transport Cut-Off 2025
The cut-off marks are decided based on the number of vacancies and the difficulty level of the exam. The official cut-off marks for different categories (UR, SC, ST, OBC, EWS) are usually mentioned at the end of the merit list PDF.
- Note: Candidates scoring above the cut-off are eligible for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
What Next After Written Result?
Candidates who have cleared the written exam will now be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Practical Trade Test.
1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Running: 1 Mile (1.6 Km) run within 10 Minutes.
- Nature: Qualifying (Pass/Fail). No marks are awarded.
2. Practical / Trade Test
- Candidates will be tested on their driving skills (heavy/light vehicles), knowledge of traffic rules, and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Nature: Qualifying.
3. Document Verification
- Candidates must bring all original documents (Educational, Caste, Domicile, Driving License) along with self-attested photocopies to the PET venue.
