- Experience: Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research experience in an academic/research position equivalent to Assistant Professor.
- Research: Minimum 7 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals with a total research score of 75.
3. Assistant Professor
- Master’s: A Master’s degree with 55% marks in a relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
- NET/SLET/SET: Must have cleared NET (UGC/CSIR) or SLET/SET.
- Exemption: Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with UGC Regulations (2009/2016) are exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
- Foreign Ph.D.: Ph.D. degree obtained from a foreign university with a ranking among the top 500 in World University Rankings (QS, THE, or ARWU).
