No. of posts : 2 [ 1 (one) in CGHS Wellness Centre Dibrugarh and 1 (one) in CGHS Wellness Centre Silchar]
Educational Qualification :
i) 12th Class Pass with Science subject (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) or equivalent from a recognized Board or University
ii) Diploma in Pharmacy from Recognized Institute and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 or Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) from recognized University or equivalent and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
Monthly Remuneration Payable : Rs. 25500/- or “Last pay drawn minus Pension fixed” whichever is less
Age : Not exceeding 65 years
Place of Posting : The selected candidate will be posted in CGHS Wellness Centre in Dibrugarh and Silchar and he/ she will be functioning under the CMO / Medical-Officer-in-charge of the CGHS Wellness Centre in which he /she is posted
