Central Institute of Technology (CIT) Kokrajhar in Assam is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Project Fellow under a research project funded by the “UGC-DAE Consortium for Scientific Research.” The project, titled “Chitosan-gelatin based active and intelligent food packaging system with added onion peel extract as pH indicator monitoring freshness of perishable foods” (CRS/2023-24/02/1113), aims to innovate in the field of food packaging. This role is temporary and contractual.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- For Science Graduates: M.Sc. degree (within the last 3 years) with a minimum of 55% in the relevant subject.
- For Engineering Graduates: M.E. or M. Tech degree (within the last 3 years) with First Class in the relevant field.
Fellowship Offered:
₹14,000 per month + HRA
