Essential Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications from a recognized University/Institute:

• MBA in Food Business
• Post Graduate Diploma in Food Processing and Business Management
• Post Graduate Diploma in Coffee Quality Management

Age Limit: Below 30 years as on the last date of receipt of applications.

Additional Criteria:

• Good communication skills and networking ability
• Creativity, writing, and design skills
• Commercial awareness
• Good organization and planning skills
• IT skills including social media, video editing, and digital media analytics
• Ability to work in a team and self-start with revenue targets

Job Roles:

• Actively seek new sales opportunities through open market visits, corporate/institutional engagement, and networking.
• Set up meetings with potential clients.
• Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the organization.
• Develop and improve marketing plans unique to Coffee Board Coffees.
• Conceive and improve existing Coffee Board marketing strategies.
• Network with retail stores, large contractors, partner organizations, and other business stakeholders.
• Conduct marketing research and analysis to produce relevant marketing information and evaluate coffee consumption trends.
• Monitor ongoing marketing digital campaigns and improve them based on allocated budget.
• Monitor coffee market trends and analyze customer buying activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional activities of the Coffee Board and domestic events.
