The candidate scoring good marks in the CTET examination will be eligible for the post of teacher for classes 1 to 8 in schools run by the government. The government schools like Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas, and other schools in Union Territories will recruit teachers on the basis of CTET results.
