Eligibility Criteria for Bongaigaon FRA Cell Recruitment

Educational Qualification & Experience
For Co-Ordinator (FRA):
- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Science or Social Work.
- Technical Skill: Knowledge of basic IT/ Computer Applications.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of domain experience in any area of Rural Development & Tribal Welfare is preferred.
For MIS/Program (FRA)/Associate FRA:
- Education: B.Sc./BA in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Social Science from a reputed institution.
- Technical Skill: Minimum Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or Computer Applications.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of domain experience in the area of large-scale data processing and management.
Age Limit
- Candidates should not be more than 35 years of age.
Terms and Conditions of Engagement
- Duration: The total program period is for 2 (two) years only.
- Contract: The initial engagement will be for 11 months. It may be renewed for another 11 months based on satisfactory performance and authority approval.
- Nature of Job: The offer is purely contractual and co-terminus with the end of the project. There is no provision for regularization in regular Govt. establishment.
- Allowances: No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview. Candidates must arrange their own accommodation.
