The Final Select List of the Assistant Teachers of Lower Primary School and Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, Assamese Language Teacher, Manipuri Language Teacher of Upper Primary Schools against the Advertisement-A vide No. EAA/SIU/125/2020/40 dated 11/09/2020 and Hindi Teachers of Upper Primary Schools against the Advertisement-B vide No. EAA/SIU/125/2020/43 dated 11/09/2020 under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam will be published in the official website of DEE, Assam, i.e. dee.assam.gov.in from 12:00 Noon of 04/02/2021 onwards and the appointment letters will be ceremonially inaugurated and by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam on 05/02/2021, in the One-Day Orientation cum Ceremonial Distribution of Appointment Letters at the Sarusajai Stadium, Guwahati, Assam.

The candidates listed in the 8th Provisional Merit Lists are hereby informed to make it convenient to be present in the One-Day Orientation cum Ceremonial Distribution of Appointment Letters at the Sarusajai Stadium, Guwahati, Assam at 9:00 AM on 05/02/2021; but must confirm their names in the Final Select Lists being uploaded. The candidates are requested to bring the copy of Application Acknowledgement and a Photo Identity Proof for entry into the venue.

All the Provisional Merit Lists published against Advertisement – A and Advertisement – B will automatically be cancelled after the publication of the Final Select Lists.

Any claim for appointment to the post of Regular Teacher on the basis of appearance of name in Provisional Merit Lists will NOT be entertained.

Appointment letters will be issued to the candidates whose names appear in the Final Select List. The selected candidates are requested to attend the One-Day Orientation cum Ceremonial Distribution of Appointment Letters at the Sarusajai Stadium, Guwahati, Assam at 9:00 AM on 05/02/2021.
