Official Notification of DEE Assam Teacher Provisional Merit List 2020

It is for information to all concerned that the Provisional Select List of candidates for recruitment to the posts of Regular Teacher of LP and UP Schools against the DEE, Assam Advertisement- A No. EAA/SIU/125/2018/22 dated 11.03.2018; Advertisement- B No. EAA/SIU/ 125/2018/31 dated 11.03.2018 and subsequent Addendum vide No. EAA/SIU/125/2018/133 dated 29.10.2018; Addendum-II vide EAA/SIU/125/2018/177 dated 03.11.2018, Corrigendum vide No. EAA/SIU/125/2018/188 dated 10.01.2019, Notice vide No. EAA/SIU/125/2018/376 Dated 23.01.2020 and Notice vide No. EAA/SIU/125/2018/383 Dated 30.01.2020 will be published from the 24th March, 2020 onwards in the official website of DEE, Assam, i.e. https:// dee.assam.gov.in

The candidates who have applied for the regular vacant post of teacher in LP and UP Schools are requested to go through the website (https://dee.assam.gov.in) for the Provisional Select List However, the Final Result of the selection process (Final Select List) will be declared after receiving the leave of the Hon’ble High Court.

The candidates can’t claim for appointment in the post of regular teachers based upon the fact that their names have appeared in the Provisional Select List. The Provisional Select List is published only for accepting any claims and objections from the candidates. There may be more than one Provisional Select List based upon the claims and objections received from the Candidates. The Provisional Select List will not be considered as the Final Result of the selection process (Final Select List).

The Final Result of the selection process (Final Select List) will be published after meeting the claims and objections submitted by the candidates and appointment will be made towards the candidates whose names have appeared in the Final Select List and the same will be declared after receiving the leave of the court in the following High Court Cases:

Any specific query in respect of the Provisional Select List shall only be submitted online through the official website (https://dee.assam.gov.in) only within 2 days from the date of publication of the Provisional Select List. After that no query will be accepted.

No offline query will be accepted in this regard.

The appointment will be given only to the candidates whose names have appeared in the Final Select List.
