Deputy Commissioner Sivasagar, Recruitment 2017 The undersigned invites application for the post of Technical Consultant and Block Monitor for District Children and Adolescent Cell (DCAC), Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Sivasagar on purely contractual basis. The Technical Consultant and Block Level Monitors have to work under the supervision of District Children and Adolescent Cell, Deputy Commissioner Office, Sivasagar. The Education Qualification and Criteria is mentioned below:

Pay: Rs. 40,000/-

1. Post-Graduation in Social Work/Social  Science/Humanities.

2. Knowledge of basic Computer skills is essential.

3. Minimum 4 (four) years of experience of project management in the field of Social Welfare.

Age limit: Minimum 25 years & Maximum 30 years

Pay: Rs. 10,000/-

1. Graduation in Social Work/Social Sciences/Humanities.

2. Knowledge of basic Computer skills is esstential.

3. Minimum 2 year experience in Project monitoring and management.

• Design Session of life skill and train Master Trainers.

• Monitor and handhold the implementation of the training by Master traniers to Teachers, PRI members, Anganwadi Workers, ASHA, ANM and SHG members.

• Support and handhold school teachers, AWW, PRI members SHG members, ASHA and ANM to collectivise adolescent and form adolescent groups and conduct weekly sessions with them.

• Monitor session with adolescent at school, AWC and villages

• Support and handhold school teachers, AWW, PRI members, SHG members, ASHA and ANM to form and strengthen CPC at villages, SMC at school and Mother’s group at the AWC

• Monitor the group formation and session with adolescent at school, AWC and villages by PRI.

• Liaise with different departments and department heads and other  civil  society organizations in order to organise the training and strengten the adolescent groups and CPC/SMC/Mother’s Gruop.

• Organize block level monthly review meetings and providing technical support to the Block Development Officers to supervise the project in the Block.

• Prepare programmatic reports and necessary ‘IEC’ materials like posters.

• Organization and  monitor training at village, block and district level, with a range of stakeholders as mentioned above.

• Monitor and handhold school teachers, AWW, PRI members, SHG members, ASHA and ANM to collectivise adolescent and form adolescent groups and conduct weekly sessions with them.

• Monitor session with adolescent at school, AWC and villages.

• Monitor the group formation and session with adolescent at school, AWC and villages by PRI.

• Monitor field level implementation of the project, and coordinate with the NGOs in the field level.

• Organizing and monitor training at village, block and district level, with a range of stakeholder.

•  Collect and collate the required data for the project from fields.
