The Directorate of Health Services (DHS), Assam has released an official notification for the first round of offline counselling for admission into 1st Year GNM Training Course (Session 2025–2026) in the 26 Government GNM Training Schools under the Directorate of Health Services, Assam. The counselling will be held from 3rd November 2025 to 5th November 2025 at the New Auditorium Hall, GMCH Campus, Bhangagarh, Guwahati-32.

- Candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Must have 40% marks or above in (10+2) and English (subject-wise) from a recognized board.
- Candidates below 40% marks are not eligible for admission.
- All documents must be original and valid during counselling.

Candidates must carry the following:
- HSLC Mark Sheet & Pass Certificate
- Birth Certificate / HSLC Admit Card (for age proof)
- Caste / PRC / EWS / PwBD Certificate (if applicable)
- Admit Card of CEE 2025
- Score Card of Entrance Exam
- Passport-size photo
- Self-attested photocopies of all documents
