2. Find the Notification: Look for the link titled “Provisional Select List for Admission into 1st Year ANM Training Course Session 2025-26”.
3. Download PDF: Click on the link to download the selection list PDF.
4. Search: Use Ctrl+F and enter your Name or Roll Number to find your allocated training institute.

Critical Notice: Submission of Withheld PRC

A specific directive has been issued for candidates whose seats were withheld during counseling because they could not produce a valid Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC).

• Action Required: Such candidates must submit their valid PRC to the Office of the Director of Health Services (FW), Assam, Hengrabari, Guwahati-36.
• Deadline: On or before 24th December 2025.
