Dibrugarh Revenue Circle Recruitment 2025: : The District Commissioner’s Office, Dibrugarh, through its Revenue Circles, has released official notifications inviting eligible candidates for a Walk-in-Interview. The recruitment is for the engagement of Field Assistants (Contractual) to support the implementation of the ambitious Mission Basundhara 3.0.
There are a total of 15 vacancies distributed between the Dibrugarh West Revenue Circle and Dibrugarh East Revenue Circle. This is an excellent opportunity for 12th-pass candidates with computer knowledge to work with the Revenue Department of Assam.
The interviews are scheduled for 18th December 2025 (West Circle) and 23rd December 2025 (East Circle).

1. Dibrugarh West Revenue Circle

- Duration: Initial appointment for 3 (three) months.
2. Dibrugarh East Revenue Circle

- Venue: O/o the Circle Officer, Dibrugarh East Revenue Circle, Dibrugarh.
- Duration: Initial appointment valid till 28/02/2026.
Eligibility Criteria for Field Assistant
To be eligible for the Field Assistant post under Mission Basundhara 3.0, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary (H.S.) / 10+2 from a recognized Board or Council.
- Computer Skills: Candidates must possess functional computer knowledge.
Experience
- Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in Geo-tagging under Mission Basundhara 2.0.
Age Limit (As on 01-01-2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
Terms and Conditions
- No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Dearness Allowance will be paid for attending the interview. Candidates must arrange their own transport and accommodation.
- Verification: The engagement is subject to the verification of original certificates.
- Disqualification: Submission of wrong/false information or any form of canvassing will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Authority Decision: The decision of the Competent Authority regarding selection will be final and binding.
How to Attend the Walk-in-Interview?
Interested and eligible candidates do not need to apply online. Instead, they must physically attend the interview at the respective Circle Office venues on the scheduled dates.
Documents Required on Interview Day:
Candidates must bring the following documents:
- Original Certificates: All educational qualification certificates, Mark sheets, Admit Cards (for age proof), and Computer Certificates.
- Experience Certificate: If applicable (especially related to Mission Basundhara).
- Photocopies: Two sets of self-attested Xerox copies of all the above documents.
- Photograph: A recent passport-size photograph.
