Dikhowmukh College, in its rich history, evolved from a Higher Secondary Section in 1982 to a full-fledged Degree level institution in 1984. Affiliated with Dibrugarh University since its inception, the college achieved a significant milestone by completing its Silver Jubilee in 2007 and earning accreditation from NAAC in 2006. Boasting seven vibrant departments—English, Assamese, Economics, Education, Political Science, History, and Sociology—the college offers Major Courses at the Degree level.
