Exam Details and Marking Pattern of Computer-practical test for recruitment to various Grade III posts under DIPR

Online Spelling Test: Candidates will have to correct the spellings forma given paragraph. There will be 10 incorrect words in that paragraph. 0.5 marks will be awarded for correcting a word. Duration of examination will be of 5 minutes.

Online Typing Test: Candidates will have to type a given paragraph. Marks will be awarded on the basis of accuracy. Accuracy rate will be calculated using the formula

No marks will be deducted up to maximum of two incorrect words. Missing word and typing an extra word will also be considered as an error. Duration of exam will be of 5 minutes.
Marking Scheme as per accuracy rate as follows:

• 95% or more: 5 (five)
• Less than 95% but 90% or more: 4 (four)
• Less than 90% but 85% or more: 3 (three)
• Less than 85% but 80% or more: 2 (two)
• Less than 80% but 75% or more: 1 (one)

Note: No marks will be awarded to the candidates having accuracy less than 75%
Online MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) Test:

There will 10 questions for MCQ test. 0.5 marks will be awarded for each correct answer. There will be no negative marking. Duration of The Exam will be of 5 minute.

Note: For the posts of Junior Photographer, Technician and Operator, there will be no Online Spelling Test and Online Typing Test. They will have to only appear for Online MCQ test. There will be 30 questions. 0.5 marks will be awarded for each correct answer. There will be no negative marking. Duration of The Exam will be of 15 minutes

Note: For the post of Translator, there will be an offline translation test
