District Legal Services Authority, Golaghat. invited post of Upper Division Assistant (UDA)

Applications are invited in the Standard Form published in part-IX of the Assam Gazette from the intending candidates for filling up of following posts of Upper Division Assistant (UDA) in the District Legal Services Authority, Golaghat.

No of post: 01 no.

(a) Candidate must have rendered service as Lower Division Assistant (LDA) in a Government Department of Assam (preferably Judicial Department) for at least 5 (Five) years.

(b) He/she must be a permanent resident of the State of Assam.

Oral Interview / Viva – voce

(a) The applicants must submit their applications in the Standard Form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part – IX with self attested photocopies of all testimonials THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL ONLY.

(b) The testimonials must necessarily contain NOC from his/her current employer, copies of ACR for 5 (Five) years, Service Book and other relevant documents. Candidates have to furnish one self-addressed envelop affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5 (Five) only along with.

(c) Completed applications should be addressed to uThe District & Sessions Judge and Chairman. District Legal Services Authority, Golaghat, PIN 785621, Assam” on or before 11-01-2016. The envelop should super scribe “Application for the post of UDA under DLSA, Golaghat”.

(a) The date, venue and time of Interview/ Viva voce shall be intimated to the candidates in due course via call letter and list of candidates will be Page lof 2 published in the office Notice Board and in the official website of the District Judiciary, Golaghat, http://golaghatjudiciary.gov.in/.

(b) In case of non-receipt of call letters for the Interview/ Viva voce, the candidates may inform the undersigned in writing and/or may obtain the call letter from the Office of the undersigned before the interview/ viva voce.

(c) Canvassing by any means will immediately lead to rejection of candidature.

(d) The office of the undersigned reserves the right to alter/modify or change any of the terms and conditions including selection criteria etc. mentioned in the advertisement.

(e) The admission of candidates at all stages of the selection process will be purely provisional and subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions by way of furnishing documentary evidence in support thereof. If on verification at any time before or after the selection process, it is found that a candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility condition, his/her candidature shall stand cancelled. Mere calling of candidate to the interview /Viva – voce does not necessarily mean acceptance of candidature.

(f) Any information submitted by an applicant in his/her application will bind the candidate personally and if found to be false shall be liable for criminal prosecution apart from civil law.

(g) The office of the undersigned reserves the right to cancel the advertisement, alter any terms and conditions of the advertisement at any stage.

(h) All other matters regarding the recruitment process which are not specified herein shall be as decided by the selection committee taking note of the guidelines of the Hon’ble Gauhati High Court rules.

(i) No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates.
