1. Peon

No. of post: 02 posts (UR)

Scale of Pay: Rs. 12000 – 37500 + G.P 3900(PB-4)

Qualification: Class VIII passed

Selection Criteria: Written test and Viva-voce.

2. Driver

No. of post: 01 post (UR)

Scale of Pay: Rs. 14000 – 49000 + G.P 5000 (PB-2)

Qualification: Class VIII passed with valid Transport Driving Licence.

Selection Criteria: Driving test and Viva-Voce.

Age limit All post: Candidates must not in less than 18 years or more than 43 years of age as on 01.01.2017. In appropriate cases, relaxation of age will be admissible as per the existing rules of the government of Assam.

Term & Condition:

>> Applications must indicate prominently the name of the post applied for on the right hand

corner of the envelope containing the application.

>> Applications must reach to the undersigned during office hours on or before 30.11.2017.

>> Candidates must not in less than 18 years or more than 43 years of age as on 01.01.2017. In appropriate cases, relaxation of age will be admissible as per the existing rules of the government of Assam.

>> Candidates must have passed Class VIII.

>> One self- addressed envelope of 5cm x 11cm affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/- (Five) is to be enclosed with the application along with the mobile number, if any,

>> Candidates intending to apply for different posts shall submit separate applications for each post.

>> Applicants those who are already in service should submit their applications through proper channel with No Objection Certificate from his /her employer.

>> The applicants who will apply for the post of Peon and whose applications are found in order will be called for Written Test to be held at a place and date to be notified in due time, after which the qualifying candidates in the Written test will be further called for Viva-Voce.

>> The applicants who will apply for the post of Driver and whose applications are found in order will be called for Driving Test, after which the qualifying candidates in the Driving test will be further called for Viva-Voce. The date, time and venue of the driving test will be notified in due time.

>> No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for appearing in the Written test/ Driving test/ Interview.

>> Incomplete applications will be rejected without assigning any reason. No application will be accepted after the last date of submission of applications.

>> Eligible candidates will be called through call letters for appearing in the Written Test and

>> Driving Test. The Date, Time and Venue of both the tests will be mentioned in the call letters and notified in the official NOTICE BOARD of this office in due time, and the same shall also be uploaded in the official website www.nalbarijudiciary.gov.in.

>> The applications should be addressed to the ‘District & Sessions Judge, Nalbari.’
