📢 This is to inform all concerned candidates that the Document Verification for the post of Veterinary Field Assistant (VFA) will be conducted from 2nd April 2025 to 4th April 2025 at the Directorate Campus, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department, Assam, Chenikuthi, Guwahati-03.

- HSLC Admit Card/Pass Certificate (Age Proof)
- HSLC Marksheet & Pass Certificate
- HSSLC (Science) Marksheet & Pass Certificate
- School of Veterinary Science & A.H., Ghungoor, Silchar Pass Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Permanent Residential Certificate / Employment Exchange Registration
- Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Voter ID)
- Any other relevant documents
