Job Description:

As an Emergency Management Executive, you will:

  • Work as a district coordinator managing 108 services around the clock in your designated area.
  • Prepare duty rosters, schedule resources, manage manpower and ambulances, and oversee attendance, leave, and performance of EMTs and ambulance drivers.
  • Generate and implement monthly calendars for ambulance location visits, inspections, and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate and execute regular training modules for EMTs and drivers (internal/external).
  • Liaise with the HR team to handle disciplinary issues and escalate unresolved concerns of EMTs and ambulance drivers.
  • Regularly meet with senior government officials, maintaining partner relations with district officials and hospital authorities.
  • Track and submit MIS & management reports to your reporting manager.
  • Ensure the uptime and optimal performance of ambulances, and manage their maintenance.
  • Handle inventory management at both the district and ambulance levels (spares, medical equipment, medical consumables).
  • Enhance business relations with local vendors such as spare part dealers, workshops, tire and battery suppliers, fuel filling stations, and other agencies.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by your reporting managers as needed.
