Job Description and Responsibilities
As a Field Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing overall operations within the allocated Block and reporting to the Center Manager.
- Acting as the point person for the assigned Block, conducting fieldwork, and submitting regular reports.
- Establishing and maintaining connections with bankers, BCAS, PRIs (Panchayati Raj Institutions), and other key stakeholders.
- Promoting financial literacy and delivering field-level training.
- Mobilizing communities and facilitating capacity building initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications
To be considered for the position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Higher Secondary Pass with a solid understanding of the local Social/Development sector.
- Experience: 1-2 years of field experience in social sector projects with a focus on fieldwork, community mobilization, and capacity building.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in local languages and dialects.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email, online meeting platforms, and online data entry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
