Name of the post: 63 ( UR-35, OBC/MOBC-18, SC- 3,  STP-4, STH-03)

Scale of pay: Pay Scale 14000-49000, Grade Pay 5000, Pay Band-2

Qualification:

Minimum Educational Qualification will be Class-VIII passed from a recognized Board/ Institution and the applicant must possess valid driving license for HMV, (Heavy Motor Vehicles) from recognized authority (Assam State only).

Age limit

Applicant should be between 18 to 25 years of age as on 01-01-2019. (Relaxation of 5 years in case of candidates belonging to special categories like Schedule Castes, Schedule Tribes (P) and Schedule Tribe (H) and 3 years in case of OBC/MOBC under provision of the Reservation Rule and in respect of Home Guards who have served for a period of 3 (three) years or more).

1. Photograph must be taken in a white or a very light background.
2. The photograph must have been taken after 1st January, 2019.
3. Face should occupy about 50% of the area in the photograph, and with a full face view looking into the camera directly.
4. The main features of the face must not be covered by hair of the head, any cloth or any shadow. Forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks, lips and chin should be clearly visible.
5. If you normally wear spectacles, glare on glasses is not acceptable in your photo. Glare can be avoided with a slight downward tilt of the glasses for the photo shoot.
6. You must not wear spectacles with dark or tinted glasses, only clear glasses are permitted.
7. Ask your photo studio to provide the image in a JPEG format and also on a standard 4.5cm x 3.5cm (45mm x 35mm) print.
8. Maximum pixel resolution for JPEG : 640 x 480 (0.3 Megapixel) (Ask your studio to reduce it to this resolution if it is higher.
9. Minimum pixel resolution for JPEG : 320 x 240.
10. The maximum file size is 450 kb (kilo bytes).

1. Signature :-

1. Please put your signature with a black or dark blue ink on a white paper.
2. Get the signature digitally photograph / image scanned by a professional photo studio,
   and get the image cropped by the studio itself.
3. Only JPEG image formats will be accepted.
4. The maximum pixel resolution for the image is 800 x 300.
5. The minimum pixel resolution for the image is 400 x 150.
6. Dimension of signature image should be 3.5cm (width) x 2.5cm (height).
7. The maximum file size is 100 kb.
8. Mobile phone photograph of signature is not acceptable, and can result in disqualification of the application.

Documents:
All the documents should be self-attested. The size of the scanned documents should be 100KB to 500 KB (JPEG,JPG,PNG format only)

1. Admit Card of HSLC for proof of age for educational qualification is HSLC and above.
2. Candidates who have not appeared in HSLC/Matriculation, the birth certificate issued by the competent authority will be accepted. No other document relating to age such as horoscope, affidavit and the like will be accepted.
3. Certificate of educational qualifications for the candidates whose qualification above HSLC.
4. Certificate of Class VIII for the candidates, whose educational qualification is below HSLC.
5. HMV Driving License issued by any recognized authority (Assam State only).
6. Certificate of extra- curricular activities (if any).
7. Certificate of sports, game etc. (if any).
8. Certificate of caste from the competent authority in respect of the candidates belonging to ST(P) / ST(H) / SC / OBC / MOBC.
9. Certificate / proof of residence (PRC/Employment Exchange Registration Card).
10. Any other Relevant Documents.
