- Supervise Sorters: Oversee the sorters who receive the shipments.
- Resource Planning: Plan as per available resources and allocate shipments for bike and van deliveries.
- Training: Ensure all team members are trained and aware of operational standards.

- Run Sheet Creation: Create the runsheet/pickup sheet and assign daily work to WMs.
- Report Preparation: Prepare reports; check and respond to emails.

- Cash Collection and Reconciliation: Collect cash, account for it, and reconcile with ERP.
