1. Team Leader (Agroforestry Expert)
- No. of Posts: 1
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Agroforestry/Forestry; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10 years in agroforestry projects, with 7 years in practical application related to nature-based solutions, riverbank stabilization, etc.
- Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (as per AADB norms).
2. Team Leader (Sustainable Livelihood Expert)
- No. of Posts: 1
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Livelihoods, Social Development, Agriculture, Fisheries, or related fields. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10 years in livelihood projects, including 8 years in practical application.
- Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (as per AADB norms).
3. Nature-based Solutions Expert
- No. of Posts: 1
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil/Water Resources/Environmental Engineering or related fields.
- Experience: 7 years in planning and implementing nature-based solutions for flood management and erosion control.
- Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month (as per AADB norms).
4. GIS Specialist
- No. of Posts: 1
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in GIS, Remote Sensing, Earth Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 7 years in GIS and remote sensing applications, with expertise in ArcGIS and QGIS software.
- Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month (as per AADB norms).
5. Accounts Assistant
- No. of Posts: 2
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (minimum 55% marks). Proficiency in Tally ERP 9.0 required.
- Experience: 5 years in accounts management; knowledge of PFMS preferred.
- Salary: ₹31,000 per month (as per AADB norms).
6. Field Supervisor

- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Agriculture, Forestry, Livelihoods, or related fields. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 3 years in field-level livelihood projects.

7. Field Assistant
