• Candidate need to register first and fill up the forms. www.guwahatiresearchgroup.in/
• Activate your account and login(Check your registered mail id).
• Fill up personal info.
• Fill up edu info.
• In Dropzone upload GU Reg. card and click upload reg button and upload final year mark sheet and click upload marksheet button.
• For backlog students, click on Backlogs Menu to upload Backlog marksheet and declaration certificate/letter.
• To make the payment click on ‘Pay info’.
• Click on save and print the payment challan after payment made.
• To check payment details and others click on ‘Your files’.

Gauhati University (GU) Online Certificate Guidelines for Application:

• All documents to be uploaded into the system must be in JPG/JPEG format and within the stipulated file size.
• Image files should be minimum 200 KB and maximum 400 KB.
• If login shows error then kindly reload the browser.
• For transcript certificate candidate need to submit all marksheet(by merging all marksheet in a single file).
• Candidate who have passed on or after 2017 need to apply only in Provisional Category.
• Kindly check and deposit the exact amount as notified in relevant field.Payment once made shall not be eligible for refund.
• If a candidate applied for more than one degree he/she need create different profile with valid email.
