Essential Qualifications: Candidates having M.Sc. Botany/ Life Science / Biotechnology / Bioinformatics M. Tech. Biotechnology or Master’s degree in any other relevant subjects related to Life Sciences with 55% marks can apply. However candidates with NET (National Eligibility Test) qualification will be preferred.

Desirable qualifications: Interested/having expertise in the area of plant molecular biology/lligh throughput sequencing and genomic data analysis.

Monthly Emoluments : For NET candidates- Rs.25,000/ + 20% HRA and For non-NET candidates- Rs. 12000/ + 20% HRA or as per DST-SERB rules
