IMPORTANT NOTICE

A CLARIFICATION REGARDING WRITTEN TEST FOR JUNIOR

ASSISTANT/ ASSISTANT STORE KEEPER

UNDER DIRECTORATE OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION, ASSAM

In continuation of the advertisement/ notice vide No. Janasanyog/ 4978/17 published in The Assam Tribune and other Daily News Papers regarding the structure of the Written Test for recruitment of Junior Assistant/ Assistant Store Keeper under Directorate of Technical Education, Assam, following clarification is issued.

The same Written Test will be held for both the posts of Junior Assistant/ Assistant Store Keeper on 30th July’2017. Candidates applying for both the posts will be evaluated for both the post based on the same Written Test. Accordingly, single Roll No. &Admit Card has been generated for such candidates. However, few candidates applying for both the posts may get two separate Admit Cards for both the posts due to mismatch of the data (such as identification fields by computer) entered by the candidate during online submission of their two applications.Such candidates can appear in the Written Test as per any one of the Admit Cards and submit both the Admit Cards to the Invigilators as a proof so that their candidature can be evaluated for both the posts.
