Educational Qualification
- Havildar and Naib Subedar: Minimum qualification of matriculation (10th pass) from a recognized board.
Sports Achievements
- Havildar and Naib Subedar: Must have represented a state in National competitions or India in International competitions.
- Medalist in Khelo India Games, Youth Games, or University Games.
