Post-Wise Eligibility and Educational Qualifications
IOCL is hiring across multiple technical and non-technical trades. Below is the detailed qualification criteria:
1. Technician Apprentice (Engineering Diploma)
- Mechanical: 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Electrical: 3-year full-time Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Telecom & Instrumentation: 3-year full-time Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunication, or Instrumentation.
2. Trade Apprentice (Graduates)
- Assistant HR: Full-time Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Accountant: Full-time B.Com degree.
3. Data Entry Operator (DEO)
- DEO (Fresher): 12th Pass (Minimum) but must be below Graduate level.
- DEO (Skill Certificate): 12th Pass + Domestic Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate.
