📢 NTA JEE Main 2026 Notification Out – Apply Online for BTech, BArch & BPlan Admissions

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official JEE Main 2026 Notification for admission into undergraduate programs such as BTech, BArch, and BPlan offered by NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, and other participating institutions.

Eligible candidates can now apply online for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2026 through the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in.

JEE Main is also the eligibility test for JEE Advanced, which is the gateway to admission in prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).

  • Candidates must have passed Class 12 (or equivalent) in 2024 or 2025, or be appearing in 2026.
  • Candidates who passed Class 12 before 2023 are not eligible.

  • There is no age limit for appearing in the JEE Main 2026 exam.
  • However, candidates must fulfill the age criteria required by the institutions they seek admission to.

🌍 State Code of Eligibility

  • The State Code of Eligibility is determined by the State from where the candidate passed Class 12, not by their place of residence.
  • Example: If a student studies in Delhi but lives in Uttar Pradesh, their State Code will be Delhi.
