Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) Recruitment 2017- 188 Asstt. Teacher posts: Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following positions for engagement in the KASTURBA GANDHI BALIKA VIDYALAYA (KGBV) – Residential Schools for Girls at Districts mentioned below. The engagement will be on contractual basis for 11 (eleven) month period. The KGBVs are Residential School, therefore, Warden cum Asstt. Teacher and Full time Asstt. Teacher will have to reside in the School cum hostel campus in working days and in holidays.

2. Full Time Asstt. Teacher Arts [The positions are reserved for female candidate]
3. Full Time Asstt. Teacher Science [The positions are reserved for female candidate
4. Part Time Asstt. Teacher Arts [The positions are reserved for female candidate]
5. Part Time Asstt. Teacher English The positions are reserved for female candidate
6. Part Time Asstt. Teacher Science [The positions are reserved for female candidate]
7. Part Time Asstt. Teacher Hindi [The positions are reserved for female candidate]
8. Account Asstt. Cum Caretaker
Eligibility: During engagement of teacher [SI. No 1 – 7], first preference will be given to the candidates qualified in Upper Primary TET and having B.ED./D.EL. Ed. On non-availability of Upper Primary TET qualified candidates, non-TET (UP) passed candidates having B.ED./D.EL. Ed. will be selected but the selected candidate must qualify TET (Upper Primary) within 3 consecutive TET examinations. In both categories, preference would be given to those having teaching experience.
Age limit: The candidate must be not less than 18 years of age and not more than 43 years of age as on 1st January, 2017. Relaxation of upper age limit will be applicable for SC, ST(P), ST(H), & PH candidates for another 5 years as per Govt, of Assam OM No. ABP.06/ 2016//04 dtd. 03.03.2016.

>> One candidate can apply for one post and in one district only.

(vi) Working Experience along with one attested copy of passport size recent photograph and attested copies of Certificates / Testimonials relating to Educational Qualification, Experience etc. should be submitted to the District Mission Coordinator, SSA, of the concerned District (in case of South Salmara,- MankacharBiswanath and Charaideo district the application should be submitted to the ADC at the office of the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned district who is in charge of DMC, SSA of that district) latest by 7th October, 2017. Name of the post applied for should be clearly mentioned on the top of the envelope.
>> List of shortlisted candidates with the date , venue and time of verification cum interview will be circulated on the Notice Board by the District Mission Coordinator, SSA (Deputy Commissioners Office for South Salmara,-Mankachar, Biswanath and Charaideo district) of concerned district on 17th October, 2017. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear in the Interview Cum Verification in the date and time specified with all original testimonials.
No separate call letter will be issued. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the verification cum interview.
>> No application should be sent to the State Mission Office, SSA.
